a notice board that forgets

i wanted a guestbook that does not look like a comment box from 2009, and also not like a chat widget stuck in the corner. a notice board came to mind first. every college and every court has one. crooked paper, cello tape, nobody takes it too seriously.

so this board is a dark table with photos lying on it. you draw, you put your name, you leave it at whatever angle. if the server restarts and your drawing goes, there is no deeper meaning in it. the board simply has no memory yet.

the day somebody leaves a drawing i cannot bear to lose, i will put a database behind it. till then the forgetting is part of the joke. do leave something anyway.
